BOTTLENOSE BREWING – American
A working brewhouse sits behind the taproom on Deer Lake Court, and the stone oven runs right alongside it. Relaunched in April 2025 under a new team, the kitchen turns out twelve-inch pizzas on house-made dough: the Meaty Baller, Pesto Chango Chicken, Cluckin' Buffalo Blast, the Picasso Pie. There is a Bottlenose Smash Burger, a Flamin' Fowl grilled chicken sandwich, hand-cut fries and a jumbo Bavarian pretzel with beer cheese. The taps swing from Hammerhead Red to the bourbon-barrel-aged Buffalo Soldier stout. Seating wraps two sides of the building, so pick sun or shade. Happy hour runs Tuesday through Friday.
