BRASS TAP – Restaurant

A craft beer bar in a Congress Avenue plaza that pours upward of 150 selections and treats the food as more than an afterthought. Boom Boom Shrimp is the signature, tempura beer-battered or naked; beyond it sit chicken wings with peppadew bleu cheese, prime rib nachos, buffalo chicken dip with chips, gourmet pretzels and flatbreads built for sharing. Premium wines and specialty cocktails cover anyone not drinking beer. Doors open at noon and stay open past midnight most nights, with live music and outdoor seating. Regulars treat it as a neighbourhood hangout rather than a destination. Well-stocked, sociable, and unhurried.
