Breadsmith - Mirpur DOHS – cafe

A European-leaning cafe on the eighth floor of the Mirpur DOHS shopping complex in Pallabi, trading from ten in the morning until half past ten at night. Coffee anchors it, poured beside a case of pastry baked that day: lemon meringue tarts, chocolate peanut tarts, a straight chocolate tart. The kitchen reaches well past a bakery counter, with grilled chicken and Greek salads, egg-drop, tandoori chicken and club sandwiches, fish, chicken and beef burgers, carbonara, alfredo, beef bolognese and dory parmesan spaghetti, sweet and sour chicken, teriyaki and spicy garlic mushroom. A second branch trades across the city in Malibagh.
