BREWSTER'S – Restaurant

Main Street Sarasota, open from late morning until two in the morning, three brothers running a gastropub built around local craft beer and bar food taken seriously. Wings are the calling card: brined, slow baked, then flash fried to order and tossed in house sauces running from garlic parmesan and truffalo to Jamaican jerk and garlic habanero. Smash burgers follow, the Brew Burger with cheddar and secret sauce, the Triple B with blue cheese and bacon. Pickle back tenders get brined in pickle juice and hand battered. Kale salads, blackened mahi tacos and a carnitas Cuban sandwich round it out.
