Bubby's – american_restaurant

Since 1990 Bubby's has held down its Hudson Street corner in Tribeca, open from eight in the morning until ten at night, every day. Pancakes are the draw: light James Beard flapjacks or thin, chewy 1890 sourdough, ordered with caramelized banana and walnuts, or alongside brined Sullivan County Farms fried chicken. Flaky buttermilk biscuits arrive with homemade jam, or under Hatch chili sausage gravy. Burgers come from single-animal Youngman Farms beef. There is a turkey pastrami reuben, huevos rancheros, and avocado toast with a sunny-side egg. Homemade sodas and mimosa flights cover the drinks. And pie, always pie, shipped nationwide.
