Burger Bar – Restaurant

A glatt kosher burger counter on West County Line Road that runs from midday until late and shuts for Shabbat, which tells you exactly who it feeds. The griddle is the draw: a truffle mushroom burger, the jalapeno-spiked Spicy Fest, a whiskey burger, the outsized Beast. Schnitzel is the other pillar, served classic with Russian dressing, buffalo with ranch, Nashville under hot sauce and slaw, or All-in-One stacked with pastrami and pulled brisket. Around them sit loaded brisket fries, a bloomin onion, corn dogs, brisket nachos, rice bowls and Caesar salads. Fried Oreos and churros close it out, dine-in only.
