Fialkoff's traces to 1973, when Moshe Fialkoff and his family arrived from Israel and started rolling dough for Catskills vacationers in Monticello, New York. The Jackson, New Jersey shop on Brewers Bridge Road carries that kosher dairy pizza program south of the original store: a full range of pies from plain to loaded, plus calzones, garlic knots and baked pasta like ziti and penne vodka. The kitchen also runs a Post-Pesach order form for Passover shoppers and a separate frozen retail line sold beyond the counter. Local delivery is offered free, and the family recipe stays unchanged store to store.
