A weekday lunch counter on Truxton Avenue off Racetrack Road, built around the idea that food can be nutritious without being dull. The kitchen leans plant-forward: the Momma Earth wrap with seasoned tempeh, a southwest wrap, chicken jam collard wrap, tuna salad sliders, massaged kale salad with avocado and sunflower seeds, ginger miso salad, Mediterranean salad. Sides run to quinoa, pesto yellow squash, rosemary potato and dill cucumber salads. Grass-fed cheeseburgers and portobello melts arrive on sprouted buns. Green juices, wheatgrass shots and kombucha fill the case. Catering and meal-prep boxes leave the same kitchen. Weekday midday hours, nothing more.
