A Pinsker Street cafe in Tel Aviv that treats breakfast as the main event and keeps serving it until four in the afternoon. The morning card runs from hash browns with parmesan, rosemary and a fried egg to egg florentine on brioche, Jamie's french toast on sweet challah, shakshuka with tahini, and the Good Morning Zalman spread of eggs, tuna salad, green tahini, feta with fresh zaatar and two drinks. Sandwiches include grilled chicken with crispy bacon and parmesan aioli, and pulled asado on challah. Pasta is made fresh daily: salmon pappardelle, slow-cooked beef chuck. Vegan swaps throughout. Closed Saturdays.
