Cafelix - Jaffa – coffee_shop

Cafelix's southern room sits on Segula Street in Jaffa's Noga compound, the original site of a Tel Aviv roastery founded in 2011 by Yael and Philip Schaefer. Coffee is the point: beans bought direct from growers the owners know, roasted sack by sack each week at the company's own Tirtza Street plant, then pulled as espresso or poured as batch brew over the bar. Single origins rotate, Colombian Quindio one month, an orange bourbon from El Salvador the next. Bags of beans and brewing kit sell alongside, in store and online. A sibling roastery and cafe opened in Berlin, 2019.
