CAJUN BEACH SAINT AUGUSTINE – Restaurant

The second Cajun Beach, on A1A South at St. Augustine Beach, built with more room than the Flagler original and clearly using it. Breakfast runs daily from nine until noon; after that the Louisiana side takes over. Ozella's file gumbo and chicken jambalaya come petite or grande, boils scale from the single-serve Bali up to the Big Bayou, and the kitchen adds coastal Cajun mussels, a Cajun dog, Mr Patrick's bone-in pork chop and Miss Toni's T-bone steak. Sides mean honey bacon brussels sprouts, Cajun green beans, a beignet basket. Same family recipes, just more space in which to stretch.
