CAPTIVA ISLAND YACHT CLUB – Seafood
A member-owned club on Captiva Drive between the Gulf and Roosevelt Channel, founded in 1984, the Captiva Island Yacht Club spreads dining across several rooms: a main dining room, the Commodore's Porch over the water, a gulf-view Founders Room, and a sunset deck for drinks. The kitchen leans local seafood - jumbo lump blue crab cakes with sweet corn relish, a panko black grouper sandwich, blackened grouper tacos, moules frites, linguine with whole clams. The Just Plain fish changes with the daily delivery and can be seared, blackened, broiled or done a la Francaise. Carry-out runs during clubhouse hours too.
