CASA DE AMORE LLC – Restaurant

Tamarac's Commercial Boulevard hides a chandeliered room where Haitian cooking meets a steakhouse. Casa De Amore builds shared platters around griot, tassot turkey and jerk chicken, then puts a twenty-two-ounce ribeye and a tomahawk-with-whole-lobster on the same menu. The sides tell the story: djon-djon noir black rice, rice and peas, sweet plantains, lobster mac and cheese. Weekend brunch brings oxtail over stone-ground grits, whole fried snapper with grits, lobster bites piled on a Belgian waffle. Rasta pasta and truffle seafood linguine sit between. Happy hour at the bar Tuesday through Friday, tacos and margaritas on Tuesdays, and live entertainment throughout.
