Breakfast is serious business here: pan con tortilla, or the Casavana Breakfast of eggs, ham or bacon, pancakes and toast, all with cafe con leche. Lunch and dinner move to ropa vieja, boliche in creole sauce, chuleta de cerdo, chicharron de pollo and camarones al ajillo, each with two sides. Wraps, pressed cubanos and ham croquetas cover the quicker visits; flan, tres leches and arroz con leche end them. Family meals to go feed ten or twenty.
