A Dominican kitchen off SW 128th Street in west Kendall that only gets going once the sun is down - doors at half five, and open past midnight into the weekend. The board is criollo comfort: chimis off the plancha, mofongo mashed to order, fritanga and grilled meats. Regulars talk about how genuinely Dominican it tastes and how warmly the room treats them, which is most of the job done. Closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Come late, come hungry.
