CASITA ANDINA – Restaurant

Peruvian cooking on State Road 7 in Plantation, opened in 2023 by chef Juan Mujica after three decades in kitchens around Westchester County. It began as takeout; demand for tables drove a renovation that turned the waiting area into a proper dining room by 2024. The menu is long and genuinely regional: ceviche de corvina, tiradito tricolor, anticuchos of beef heart, chicken or fish off the grill, lomo saltado, tacu tacu a lo macho under spicy seafood sauce, chupe de mariscos, sudado de pargo. Sharing plates such as piqueo andino and parrillada andina feed a whole table. Tres leches closes.
