CHEF LOVE SOL CUISINE – Restaurant

Chef Tina Tucker cooks what she calls Sol food from a truck on Lem Turner Road in Jacksonville, and breakfast starts early. The signature bowls carry the theme the whole way: the Love Me Bowl of creamy grits, eggs and cheese; the Agape Bowl built on swai or whiting; the Adore Me Bowl with salmon balls; the Naked and Not Ashamed and Triangle of Love bowls. Sol Bowls come with chicken, pork chop, fish or pan-seared shrimp. Wings arrive by the six, ten or twenty with fries, and oxtail turns up loaded over them. Collard greens, mac and cheese, cornbread.
