The half-pound burger comes with American or Swiss cheese, mixed salad, tomato, pickle, the chef's own sauce and seasoned potatoes on a brioche bun. Empanadas run pernil, chicken and cheese, ground beef and cheese, pizza, and steak with cheese and chimichurri. Boripurrias arrive as a basket of alcapurrias, yuca or masa, filled with beef, chicken or pernil. Salads, pastas and family specials round the menu out, plus rice trays for catering. Diners keep mentioning the portions and the pulled pork.
