Guy Fieri's tender shop sits inside the Walmart Supercenter on South University Drive, and the sauce lineup is the draw. Tenders are pounded flat for crunch, brined in lemon juice, pickle brine and buttermilk, then infused with fresh herbs before frying. Order them in a basket, stacked into a sandwich, or rolled into a wrap: the Italian Chicken Sandwich, Italian Wrap and Caesar Wrap head the current board. Sides run to seasoned fries and a crisp slaw. Hand-spun chocolate and vanilla shakes finish, including a Buckleberry topped with cinnamon toast crumble. Fast-casual counter, ten to ten daily.
