CHRISTNER'S PRIME STEAK & LOBSTER – Restaurant

A family-run Orlando steakhouse that opened in 1993 and still ages and cuts its USDA Prime beef in house. Christner's builds around bone-in ribeye, porterhouse, filet mignon and a dry-aged strip, with cold-water lobster tails carved tableside and priced by the ounce. Open with shrimp cocktail, remoulade, Shanghai-style fried calamari or sesame-seared ahi; close with the signature mandarin orange cake under pineapple-orange whipped cream. Sides arrive to share: Osage spinach, chateau potatoes, lobster macaroni and cheese, broccoli au gratin, brussels sprouts. The cellar holds over four thousand bottles and private rooms cost nothing extra. Steak treated as a full event.
