CLASE AZUL MODERN MEXICAN CUISINE – Restaurant

Blue-and-white tile, murals and tequila bottles set the tone on Del Prado Boulevard, where owner Franklin Andrade opened Clase Azul in January 2025 after bringing his kitchen team down from Jacksonville. The menu pulls recipes from across Mexico: goat cheese jalapenos roasted, bacon-wrapped and drizzled with cilantro balsamic cream; pork belly bites and sopes; enchiladas in chicken and spinach, verdes, shrimp or carnitas; street tacos, birria, ceviches, fajitas and the Don Marquez, a skirt steak plated with lemon garlic shrimp, Mexican rice and refried beans. A lunch card runs until three, happy hour follows. Margaritas, mocktails, and a private room.
