Kettle-style breakfast in a Vero Beach medical plaza, opened in 2024 by Nicholas Santomassi with his parents Phil and Patricia. Bagels are the point and the board is long: plain, sesame, everything, poppy, cinnamon raisin, onion, salt, egg, blueberry, multigrain, pumpernickel, jalapeno, French toast, Havarti and Asiago. Cream cheeses come plain, veggie, scallion, jalapeno, strawberry or honey walnut, and The Works layers lox with capers, onion and tomato. Past that sit egg sandwiches, three-egg omelets, egg wraps, breakfast bowls, and lunch sandwiches from Philly cheesesteak to chicken cutlet. Doors open at seven every morning. Weekend service wraps up before noon.
