COME DONDE MOU – Restaurant

A Venezuelan street-food operation out on Hialeah's northern edge, where the burgers arrive stacked past reason. The hamburguesas are the whole argument: pick carne, pollo, chuleta or chorizo, then pile on a fried egg, bacon, shoestring potatoes, sweetcorn, gouda and three sauces, and keep going through the Mixta, the Triple and the four-protein 4x4. Pepitos come loaded the same way on a long roll. Perros calientes get sausage, potato sticks, corn and cilantro sauce; salchipapas pair sliced sausage with fries. Salads exist too, buried under guacamole, sour cream and cilantro-mozzarella sauce. The window stays open past midnight. Come hungry, obviously.
