A Caribbean food truck working the Tampa Bay circuit, licensed as a mobile unit and easiest to catch through its own posts and booking line. The signature is hot conch fritters, fried to order. Beside them sits a conch and shrimp salad, fresh and citrus-sharp, also served with chips when lunch needs a handheld. The Queen Pineapple platter piles fritters, pineapple and shrimp or conch salad onto one plate; the Crooked Pineapple is the newer twist on it. Island lemonade cuts the heat. Family-run, built on recipes carried through the household, and bookable for weddings, corporate lunches and backyard parties.
