Halal burgers off an open kitchen on North 56th Street in Temple Terrace, where the owners say they toured more than twenty farms before settling on a supplier. Meat is hand-slaughtered halal; sauces are made in house. The Wagyu build lands eight ounces on Martin's potato bread with vault sauce, lettuce, onion, American cheese and tomato. Others bring sweet chili and caramelised onion, chili volcano sauce with jalapenos and cheddar, or beef bacon with smoked cheese.
