Il Forno Vino Bar Café builds its pies simply — margherita, prosciutto and arugula, truffle mushroom — and suggests a glass with most of them. Burrata with tomato and basil starts things, rigatoni vodka and a porchetta panini fill the middle, tiramisu and cannoli finish. The room is modern and easy, the kind of neighbourhood place that handles a quick lunch and a long dinner equally well. Good crust, better glass, no fuss.
