COWBOY GRILL MIAMI – Restaurant

A Venezuelan grill in the warehouse belt off NW 35th Street near the airport, Cowboy Grill feeds the neighbourhood's lunch trade and stays open into the evening. Parrillas come sized for one, two or even four, built around picana and churrasco de pollo. Arepas are the everyday order: reina pepiada, pernil, carne mechada, carne asada, each with grated cheese and house sauce. Tequenos, pork belly and fried arepitas with queso y nata open the meal; hervido de res, a weekend-only beef soup, arrives with arepas and rice. Burgers, the Caraqueno and Callejero hot dogs, pastas and tres leches finish it.
