That is the deal at this Congress Avenue seafood boil house, where the order is built in three steps: pick the catch by half or full pound, choose a seasoning, then name your heat. Snow crab legs, king crab, lobster tail, crawfish, clams, mussels and shrimp come dressed in Crafty Cajun, buttery garlic, lemon pepper, or The Boom, which blends all three. Fried catfish, tilapia, oyster and calamari baskets, wings, gumbo, hush puppies and boiled eggs fill the gaps. Open until midnight, seven nights a week.
