The Lakeland branch of Curry Leaves leans hard into its Kerala roots on Highway 98. Mambazha pulissery arrives sweet-sour, ripe mango simmered in coconut and yogurt; vendakka mappas puts okra in a spiced coconut curry; chicken varutharachathu comes in a dark roasted-coconut gravy served over basmati.
