Parked in the Shoppes of Lakeland off Highway 98 near I-4, across from Lakeland Square Mall, this is the chain's sports-lodge format done straight: screens everywhere, draft beer served at 29 degrees, and a from-scratch kitchen. In-house smoking drives the menu, with brisket in the chili and the Smokestack sandwich and smoked chicken in the quesadillas and jalapeño poppers. Wings come bone-in, boneless or hickory-smoked, with more than a dozen sauces. There are also smash burgers, sweet and smoky St. Louis ribs, and a weekday lunch service. Delivery and takeout run alongside. Straightforward, cold-beer territory.
