Cocoa Beach's only authentic tiki bar sits steps from the sand on Minutemen Causeway, open daily from eleven, with a main tiki bar, the Roost, and the Bird's Nest rooftop overlooking downtown. The kitchen calls it Floribbean: brisket nachos under house-smoked meat and queso, conch fritters, Jamaican-seasoned island fish dip, jerk mahi tacos, rasta pasta, and fresh catch over dirty bird rice in spiced coconut rum sauce.
