A modern neighbourhood tavern in Tampa's Channel District, steps from Water Street and the downtown arena, with a kitchen that runs past midnight and later on weekends. Bar food taken seriously: Thai brussels roasted with ginger glaze and bacon, tuna tartare wontons, smoked salmon dip with pickled vegetables, hot honey sliders on Hawaiian rolls, truffle tots. Burgers use a brisket blend, the DT Smash with bourbon onions, the Backyard BBQ under fried onion straws. Steak frites, grilled salmon, crispy shrimp tacos and goat cheese flatbreads round it out.
