Denver set up on the Rehavat HaMishpat plaza in Kfar Saba and built an American diner around one idea: the burger, with nothing in front of it. Selected butchers age the cuts, the patty is coarsely ground and barely seasoned, and a screaming-hot plancha gives it a caramelised crust over a still-juicy centre. Around that sit crisp chicken nuggets, wings in chilli butter, home fries and fries with sauces made in-house. Cheese, brie, truffle aioli and a Beyond Meat build cover the variations. Open from lunch to late, beer in hand, all week.
