On Weizmann Street in Kfar Saba, this started life in 2010 as a hummus counter called Hummus Tov Ve'od; in 2016 it took a new name and went fully vegan. The cooking stayed home-style: hummus, pots of stew and goulash, soy patties, a vegan Jerusalem mixed grill, sausages in a roll, stir-fries and a daily rotation, much of it gluten-free. There are breakfasts too, and a cold case of vegan cheeses, quiches, cakes and ice cream to carry home. Weekdays only, mornings into late afternoon. Plant-based food that behaves like a neighbourhood kitchen.
