A Peruvian kitchen on South Dixie Highway in Palmetto Bay, where the rotisserie runs all day and the ceviche list is longer than the chicken list. Pollo a la brasa comes quarter, half or whole with two sides and a salsa: huancaina, aji or rocoto. Around it, ceviche de mariscos with squid, octopus, shrimp and mussels, leche de tigre, choros a la chalaca, papa a la huancaina. Mains stretch to lomo saltado, aji de gallina, arroz con mariscos, pescado a lo macho, parihuela and chupe de camarones. Chicha morada de la casa is poured alongside too. Portions are unapologetically large.
