A Collins Avenue counter in Miami Beach turning out Cuban and Latin plates from breakfast onward. The Cuban sandwich is built on eight-hour mojo pork with shaved ham, Swiss, mustard and pickles on Cuban bread; the Little Havana chicken adds grilled onions and mojo aioli. Rotisserie chicken comes by the quarter, half or whole with sides. Bowls layer mojo chicken or slow-cooked pork over rice, black beans and plantain. Beef empanadas, guava and cheese pastries, a beach club sandwich, a breakfast burrito, and a picada mix grill of chorizo, morcilla and pork belly. Fruit batidos and smoothies run all day.
