Inside the DoubleTree by Hilton at Miami's airport, DoubleShot is the answer to a late flight: a sports bar that takes its ceviche seriously. Spoons arrive in threes or sixes: tuna with radish and wakame, scallop with green apple and serrano, shellfish with avocado and citrus. Latin tapas follow: jumbo lump crab cakes under aji amarillo aioli, chili-dusted tiger prawns with mango slaw, shaved manchego with crispy chorizo. Then the burger side, an eight-ounce Angus on brioche with rioja aioli, a turkey burger with bourbon onions and goat cheese, fritas, mahi tacos. Yuca fritas instead of fries. Open until midnight.
