Dumpling Panda's Miramar location works from the same premise as the rest of the small South Florida chain: handmade dumplings, done several different ways, ahead of everything else. Xiao long bao — juicy Shanghai pork soup dumplings — sit beside spicy Sichuan red chili wontons and a rotation of pork, beef, shrimp and vegetable dumplings, backed by dan dan noodles, a Taiwanese braised beef noodle soup, scallion pancakes and crispy vegetable spring rolls. A tangy cucumber salad rounds out the cold side of the menu. Open into the evening seven nights a week. Handmade dumplings, taken seriously, course after course.
