EL RINCONCITO CUBANO – Restaurant

A second, unrelated El Rinconcito Cubano works Jacksonville's Beach Boulevard corridor as a food truck, not a storefront, serving Cuban street food through a service window. Ropa vieja, shredded beef stewed with peppers and tomato, anchors the steam table alongside fried chicken and a rotating tray of croquettes, ham and cheese mostly, breaded and fried to order. Sandwiches round out the window: pressed Cuban classics built on the same beef and pork used in the plates. Health inspectors have flagged routine mobile-unit paperwork issues over the truck's short run, nothing about the food itself. It trades on volume, not seating.
