Eleven South Bistro runs its open-flame mesquite grill a few blocks off the sand on 11th Avenue South in Jacksonville Beach, dinner nightly from five, lunch weekdays. The signature is black grouper off that grill, alongside hand-cut steaks, a Mesquite Ribeye with wild mushrooms and cipollini, and a Seafood Paella loaded with lobster tail, shrimp, scallops and PEI mussels over saffron risotto.
