FARM TO FIT – Restaurant

Chef-owner Brady Privat opened Farm to Fit on Beach Street in Daytona Beach in 2021 after growing tired of cooking pre-made food elsewhere, building a scratch kitchen around local farms, butchers and bakers instead. The menu runs wide: grain bowls like a blackened salmon bowl and a chicken enchilada bowl, wood-fired pizzas including a buffalo chicken pie and a black-and-blue with marinated steak, and handhelds like the Cuban and a fried-egg-topped Barnhouse Burger. Small bites cover a buffalo chicken dip and black bean hummus. Regulars single out the portions and produce's freshness as the two main reasons they keep returning.
