The Riverside end of Jacksonville gets a pizzeria that stays useful long past dinner, closing at midnight midweek and two on Friday and Saturday. Pizzas are hand-tossed and sized twelve through twenty-four inches, with a cauliflower crust and a gluten-free twelve for anyone avoiding wheat. Extreme Specialty pies pile it on, the Everything and a barbecue chicken sauced sweet and savoury under grilled chicken. Beyond pizza there are cheese ravioli, lasagna, seven-inch buffalo chicken sandwiches, Greek salads and cinnamon rolls handmade daily. Wings run seven ways, ten to fifty. The garlic rolls, eight to an order, are the standing recommendation.
