An Asian kitchen on Village Boulevard that runs wider than its size suggests: a sushi bar on one side, ramen and noodle bowls on the other, plus soups, salads and fried rice for the lunch crowd. Summer rolls come two to an order with shrimp, krab, rice noodle, carrot, mint and cucumber, or in a vegetable version with asparagus and avocado. House specialties keep it plain -- miso or teriyaki salmon over rice, moo shu, a gyudon beef bowl. Takeout and party trays are part of the deal. Quick, broad, and easy to make a habit.
