GIGGLEWATERS – Restaurant

Part restaurant, part cocktail bar, part single-screen cinema, Gigglewaters sits on Main Street in downtown Safety Harbor behind tin ceilings, Edison bulbs and a bar built from Biltmore wood dating to 1897. The kitchen goes deep on Wagyu burgers, more than a dozen of them, including the PB&B and The Commissioner, which stacks bacon two ways under a waffle. Bacon-wrapped deep-fried hot dogs, Frito pie and ricotta cheesecake round it out, and the cocktail list runs to a pre-Prohibition Old Fashioned called the 1919. A gluten-friendly menu is available on request. Dinner and a movie, under one roof.
