Main Street, Safety Harbor, and a kitchen that brines and marinates everything before it meets the wood-burning grill. The Brinehouse opened in 2021 as the second act from Marti and Tracy Moulson of The Dunedin Smokehouse, with chef Tony Bruno: brined meats, pressed sandwiches, seafood, scratch sides, nothing frozen. Maple bourbon brined chicken wings, messy moulson poutine over sidewinder fries, charred cauliflower florets, the ahi tuna flatbread, a corned beef sandwich, a shrimp po boy. Sunday brunch runs all day from ten. It began with just seven tables, then took over the space next door and built a full bar.
