Cantonese cooking on Kings Highway in Port Charlotte, with dim sum service running from late morning to mid-afternoon. The Hong Kong-style barbecue is the draw, with BBQ pork, roasted duck, crispy pork belly and spare ribs carved to order, backed by a stir-fry list that runs through kung pao chicken and the rest of the canon. The kitchen works off an iron griddle and makes a point of buying fresh. A more polished room than the address suggests. Go at lunch and order the barbecue.
