Family-owned on South Chickasaw Trail since 2003, and built around an open-flame grill. Wings are the headline - fresh jumbo wings in more than twenty-five flavours - backed by hand-made burgers, hand-cut steaks and chicken strips cut from whole breast meat. It is a small operation with short hours and a devoted following, closed Sundays and Mondays. What comes up again and again is the size of the plates and the seasoning on the wings, which east Orlando regulars will happily argue are the city's best.
