Guesta took its dairy Italian kitchen north to Rosh Pinna, on Ma'ale Gai Oni, and the wood-fired oven does much of the talking: carbonara pizza, a version with polenta and asparagus, egg pizza, four cheeses. Around it sit arancini, risotto, ravioli, tortellini with cream and ricotta, polenta, pappardelle, gnocchi, fresh fish, and tiramisu at the end. Kosher. Diners consistently rate the cooking; service draws more mixed comment. A serious Italian room in the Galilee.
