ג׳ויה אור ים – Restaurant

Joya's Or Akiva room puts the chain's Italian cooking on Pardes Rimonim Street in a kosher dairy-and-fish version. The menu travels the peninsula rather than settling in one region — Sicilian heat, Tuscan truffle, the rich risottos of the north — with pasta cooked al dente under chef Benny Ashkenazi. It runs Sunday through Thursday and opens again once Shabbat is out. One of the newer rooms in a family of Joya restaurants stretching from Tel Aviv to Rosh Pinna.
