HARBOUR GRILL – Restaurant
A Glatt kosher steakhouse on Harding Avenue in Surfside, open since 2006 and certified by the Vaad Kashrus of Miami-Dade. Dry-aged beef is the headline, but the room also runs a sushi bar and a kitchen with range — house-made charcuterie, hamachi tiradito, gyoza, braised lamb shank, a signature osso bucco. The same address turns over to Harbour Gourmet for casual daytime service. What comes up again and again from diners is the meat and the service, in that order. Miami's kosher dining, done at the top end.
